Zerlina Mastin BA, BSc, SRD

Zerlina Mastin graduated from the Royal Academy of Dancing in 1999, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Ballet Performance. Upon graduating, Zerlina performed various Contemporary and Ballet roles at Sadlers Wells and the Royal Festival Hall.

In 2005, Zerlina then graduated from Kings College London with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. Work experience was gained at the Norwich and Norfolk University Hospital, and Barnet and Chase Farm Hospital. Specialist areas included Oncology, Gastrointestinal disorders, Cardiovascular disease, Diabetes, Respiratory, and Obesity. This involved individual and group based sessions to outpatients and on specialist hospital wards.

Following further qualifications in Sports Nutrition, Zerlina now also works at Reebok Sports Club in Canary Wharf, providing nutritional consultations to athletes and regular exercisers.

Here at Nutriffic, Zerlina is available for one-on-one  and group nutrition consultations  predominantly visiting clients at their home or work.  Specialist areas include Sports Nutrition, Weight loss, Gastrointestinal disorders, Cardiovascular Disease and Diabetes.
