Research and Academia

Research

The Nutriffic team are well versed in nutrition research and are able to offer advice on interpreting nutrition research, and research methodology. Dr Adam Collins is also a peer reviewer for the Journal Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise. In addition, Nutriffic are also able to accept commissioning of research specifically in the area of nutritional assessment of individuals, in particular body composition assessment

Academia

The Nutriffic team are able to teach on a variety of different nutritional disciplines, these topics include, metabolism, nutritional assessment, energy balance and weight regulation, nutritional physiology, sports nutrition, UK and European food legislation, public health, and developing world nutrition and malnutrition.

Dr Adam Collins is currently head of academic studies at BCOM, and as such overseas nutrition teaching at the college. In addition, the Nutriffic team currently delivers various visiting lectures on a variety of topics.
